Time to get connected to your New Year’s intentions! Carving out some time to set these intentions and manifest them in your mind and heart is key to seeing them through to fruition. Gratitude is a multiplier, so whatever it is that you feel grateful for will continue to manifest in your life. As you begin to contemplate what your New Year’s intentions will be, look for gratitude in all that you have.
Join Tamara for 60 minutes of yoga that will include connecting your intentional mind to your body through a gentle flow of movements and cleansing breath. Movements and modifications will make this class accessible for all.
