Move and Groove Yoga Flow!

Prana is the vital life force energy that flows through our bodies. Through dynamic movements we awaken this energy that lives at the base of our spine to connect deeper with ourselves, our community, and the natural world around us.

This is an all-levels class that will involve breath work, meditation, and music to move to! Yoga flow increases balance and flexibility, while building strength and reducing risk of injury in the body.

Admission is by donation (suggested $10) with proceeds going to support Happy Herd Farm sanctuary.

Please bring cash for a donation, a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind

Nourish who you are.

In a world of striving and achieving, we have forgotten how to nourish and care for ourselves. This leaves us feeling depleted, exhausted, overwhelmed and uncertain about the choices and directions in our lives.

This class will focus on returning home to our body, listening to its wisdom, connecting to our intuition so we can feel more peaceful and confident within ourselves, our body and our lives.

Admission is by donation (suggested $10) with proceeds going to support Happy Herd Farm sanctuary.

Please bring cash for a donation, a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind.
