INGREDIENTS Romaine Banana Dates Cocoa nibs Cinnamon Chia Nuts Almond Butter Peanut Butter Hemp Seeds Goji berries INSTRUCTIONS This will be the simplest recipe you'll ever have to follow, all you have to do is lay the romaine on a flat surface, put on nut butter and add toppings. Ta-Da!

Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl. In separate bowl combine Mint, coconut oil and maple syrup, mix well. Pack the mixture into a tablespoon - then slide it out and place on a plate. Repeat 8- 9 more times.

WHAT IS IT?

Broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables out there and there's a reason that your parents made you eat it when you were younger. It's been shown to reduce cholesterol, reduce inflammation, it's a powerful antioxidant, with the amount of Vitamin C and Vitamin K it's even beneficial for your bone health! 

BROCCOLI FACTS

-Over 2,000 years old.

-Originated in the Mediterranean in the 6th century.

-"Broccoli" comes from the Italian plural of broccolo, which means "the flowering crest of a cabbage".

-In 2014, global production of broccoli was 24.2 million tones! Everyone must been eating their Broccoli.
